Here are some bewitching Halloween craft ideas perfect for schools:

 

 

1. Paper Plate Ghosts

Materials:

White paper plates

Black sugar paper

String or yarn

 

Instructions:

Have the children glue on ghostly faces using the recycled black sugar paper or markers. Attach a string at the top, and you have a simple, floating ghost ready to haunt the classroom!

 

2. Tissue Paper Pumpkin Lanterns

Materials:

Orange tissue paper

Green sugar paper

Black sugar paper

Glue

Balloons

 

Instructions:

Blow up the balloons slightly. Have students tear up the orange tissue paper and glue it around the balloon. Once dried, pop the balloon and add facial features with black construction paper and a green stem on top.

 

3. Handprint Bats

Materials:  

Black paint

White sugar paper

Googly eyes (optional)

Instructions:

Students dip their hands in black paint and press them onto white paper with thumbs overlapping. This creates a bat shape. Add googly eyes or draw them on for a finishing touch!
