Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information is available, you’ll be able to view the latest delivery updates.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with most orders being dispatched the same day or the next working day, depending on when your order is placed and the availability of the items.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information where applicable.

Please note that orders containing multiple items may occasionally take a little longer to process if items are being prepared or packed separately.

When Will My Order Arrive?

After dispatch, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery, depending on the size and weight of your parcel and the courier service being used.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, peak periods or other unforeseen circumstances.

Your tracking information will provide the most up-to-date information about the progress of your delivery.

My Tracking Information Hasn't Updated

If your order has recently been dispatched, it can sometimes take a little while for the courier's tracking system to register the first scan.

If you don’t see an update immediately, please allow some time for the tracking information to refresh.

If your tracking information hasn't changed for several working days, or you believe there may be an issue with your delivery, please get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

My Order Hasn't Arrived

If your estimated delivery time has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please check your tracking information first for the latest courier update.

We also recommend checking:

• Whether the courier has left your parcel in a safe place.
• Whether the parcel has been left with a neighbour.
• Whether a delivery attempt has been made.
• Whether the tracking information shows a delivery issue.
